Krystal Food Company manages 423 restaurants employing more than 6000 people. In order to maintain their standards of excellence, food quality, customer service, and management efficiency they must constantly engage in training, and in 2000 they made the decision to build Krystal Kollege as an always accessible 24/7 online college serving the training requirements of their staff at every level.

The Workers' Compensation Board of British Columbia decided to build a “Decision-Making” online course. The course was intended to provide experienced WCB officers with professional development in the skills of weighing evidence and in making accurate consistent decisions.
