Gerry has a background in community development, education, business, construction, and computer systems. He studied Engineering Technology and has a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University.

Gerry Beltgens has been involved in technology systems consulting and training since 1983. In 1998 he formed AG Advisors Group Inc, a company specializing in training and integration of computer systems, databases, the internet and community development.

Gerry has a clear perspective on learning system development. When developing a strategic learning plan, the outcome must be financially viable, practical, and ready for implementation.
